In principle, products are not taken back. Maria el Mar does not sell items that depend on size or fit.

If there is something wrong with the product (damage), you can email us within 7 days of receiving the order maria@mariaelmar.com .

If in exceptional cases we agree that you may return the product, the shipping costs will be for the buyer.

When we have received the item, we will refund the purchase amount. This does not include shipping costs.

Items returned without consultation will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund.
